Question 1

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Gifton offers three simple plans. The first 50 companies on monthly billing get 50% off for 3 months — Basic at Rs.2,249/month, Pro at Rs.5,624/month, and Advanced at Rs.13,499/month. After 3 months, standard rates apply. You also get a 14-day free trial. All prices are exclusive of GST (18%).

Question 2

Can I customize gifts with our company logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload your company logo and set brand colors on every plan. Pro and Advanced tiers also support branded hampers, custom gift messages, and white-label employee portals so every touchpoint feels on-brand.

Question 3

Which cities do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

Gifton delivers across 500+ cities in India through our logistics partners, including Shadowfax integration on Pro and Advanced plans. Metro cities typically receive gifts within 2–4 business days; tier-2 and tier-3 locations may take slightly longer.

Question 4

How does automated gifting work?

Accepted Answer

Connect your employee directory, set occasions (birthdays, work anniversaries, festivals), and Gifton automatically schedules gifts, routes approvals, and dispatches orders. You can review everything from a single dashboard before anything ships.

Question 5

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

No minimum order quantity for individual gifts. Subscription plans include employee and client limits (e.g. 30 on Basic, 250 on Pro). Bulk campaign orders scale to thousands of recipients on Advanced with dedicated account support.

Question 6

Can multiple team members collaborate?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Invite HR, finance, and department heads with role-based access. Pro and Advanced plans include approval workflows, department budgets, and audit trails so teams can collaborate without losing control.
